Here's today's recap:

English 8

Today, we reviewed nouns and verbs, and we went over adjectives and adverbs. Your test is tomorrow, so make sure to study!

English 9 and 9H

We continued talking about Shakespeare, his poetry, and his plays today. We'll finish up the timeline tomorrow!

This is the picture that came up when I searched "noun," so... there we go.

Here's today's recap:

English 8

Today, we went over nouns. Remember to review the slides posted to Schoology. You need to know common vs. proper nouns, singular vs. plural vs. possessive nouns, and concrete vs. abstract nouns.

English 9 and 9H

Today, the guidance counselors came in to talk about resilience. Tomorrow, we'll jump (back) into Shakespeare.

So, today was... strange. Between having an early dismissal and an unexpected fire alarm during period 3, we had some inconsistency with our classes. I'll be updating our weekly schedules on Schoology.

English 8

Today, we reviewed verbs and discussed helping verbs, verb phrases, and conjugating verbs. Please review verbs before our next class. The slide presentations are loaded up on Schoology for you to look through.

English 9 and 9H

Only one English 9 class was held today, so we're going to try to even out by the end of the week. We've started looking at a timeline on William Shakespeare. 9H got up to the sonnets.
